Ehlers came out on Sunday when my rental house was being flooded. They immediately started the prevention and mitigation. Brandon had managed a previous problem at this property. In both cases mitigation and complicated repair were needed. The cleanup, sheetrock and insulation removal, spraying, replacement of insulation and sheetrock, painting, flooring replacement were done carefully. Brandon worked with me where decisions had to be made, and with the tenants, helping them move their belongings and being sensitive to their timeline. Aaron did a great job on the flooring both times! I was relieved to know Brandon was supervising the second job as he had also been available to meet and to answer questions on the first job.
